Before you ask

How much does it cost?

Every option shows its price as you build it, with delivery included. Printed marquees start at $890, teardrop flags at $161, corflute signs at $350 for a pack of 20, alupanel signs at $207 and market umbrellas at $441. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Do I pay before I see the design?

No. You get a free digital proof by email within 24 hours (business days) and only pay, by card, once you have approved it.

Will the colours match my brand?

We print to the colour codes you give us. Pantone (PMS) codes give the closest match. Screens show colour differently to print, so your proof is where you sign off the final look.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A high-res PNG works for most jobs. We check every file for free and tell you if it might print blurry. No logo? We will set up your name in your colours.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes. Pick "Custom size" in the builder and enter it in mm, cm, metres, inches or feet. Sizes outside our standard price list are quoted on your free proof, so you see the exact price before you pay.

Is there a minimum order?

You can order a single marquee, flag, umbrella, media wall or alupanel sign. Corflute signs are priced in packs of 20 (from $350) and team banners in pairs (from $328).

Where do you deliver?

Australia-wide, direct to your door in plain packaging: Sydney and the Inner West, regional NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra.

What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?

We reprint, replace or refund if the print differs from your approved proof, has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged. Report it within 7 days with photos. Read the refund and reprint policy.

Is it safe in the wind?

Weight or peg every marquee leg, flag base and umbrella. Most markets and councils ask for at least 10 kg per marquee leg. Take gear down if the wind picks up.

Can I reorder later and have it match?

Yes. We keep your brand kit and artwork on file, so the next order prints the same.
